Timothy Reick
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Head of Sales

Tim Reick is the CEO and a founding member of the HRC Group companies. Tim’s expertise focuses on institutional consultants, platform sponsors, and financial advisors. Since 2001, he has been responsible for raising over $15 billion in a separate account and mutual fund assets for the third-party managers and affiliates HRC represents.
In 2007, he co-founded Liberty Street Advisors, a registered investment advisor responsible for the Liberty Street Family of Funds. In 2013, Mr. Reick spearheaded HRC Fund Associates’ first marketing effort in the closed-end fund arena with the Center Coast MLP & Infrastructure Fund, which raised over $300 million in the initial offering. Prior to co-founding HRC, Tim was responsible for actively working with and introducing more than a dozen third-party research originators to the institutional community for Institutional Research Services, Inc. Mr. Reick earned a bachelor’s degree in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami in 1996.
Raymond A. Hill, III

Raymond Hill, III “Randy” is a co-founder of the HRC Group companies. Randy is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. In 1982, he founded and continues to manage Institutional Research Services, Inc, now PCS Research Services (“PCS”). Today, PCS has over 200 clients in six countries.
Since 1989, Mr. Hill has been an owner of PCS Securities, Inc., a FINRA/SIPC member broker-dealer that provides brokerage services for subscribers to research products represented by PCS. Randy began his career at Lynch Jones & Ryan where he launched I/B/E/S into the institutional community. He received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers and holds an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University.
Victor J. Fontana
President And Chief Operation Officer

Victor J. Fontana is the president and a partner of the HRC Group companies. Vic has worked in the financial services industry for 35 years in a variety of different capacities including 20 years as a managing director and principal at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. (and then Credit Suisse), serving as President & CEO of DLJ’s institutional research and brokerage subsidiary, Autranet, Inc.
Vic joined the HRC Group in 2007. He began his career with KPMG in 1977, working there for 5 years as an audit manager for the firm’s Financial Services group. Vic is a CPA and a summa cum laude graduate of Villanova University where he received his B.S. in Accounting.
Scott Daniels
Chief Financial Officer

Scott Daniels is the CFO and partner of the HRC Group companies. Scott is also Chairman/Senior Partner and founder of S.D. Daniels & Company, P.C. (SDDCo), a Certified Public Accounting firm dedicated solely to servicing the needs of the financial services industry and has dedicated over 25 years to his company. In addition to the CPA license, Mr. Daniels holds the regulatory license of Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27), and the Corporate Securities Limited Representative (Series 62) license. Mr. Daniels has accrued more than thirty years of experience in public accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Stockbrokerage Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs.
Scott has served on the board of directors of a number of companies in the financial services industry. Prior to forming SDDCo, Mr. Daniels worked for a “Big 8” accounting firm. He graduated cum laude from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Victor Fontana, Jr.
Controller
8+ Years Financial Services Experience
Victor Fontana, Jr. started with the firm in 2016 and is the Controller to the HRC Group companies. Prior to joining HRC, Victor worked as an auditor at KPMG for five years in the Financial Services group, leaving as an audit manager. At KPMG, Victor specialized in Private Equity and worked for KPMG’s premier clients, primarily the Blackstone Group and Global Infrastructure Partners. Victor is a licensed CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (“AICPA”). Victor received his bachelor’s degree, as well as his master’s degree, in Accountancy from the University of Miami.

Andrew Nowack
Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel
Andrew Nowack has worked in the financial services industry for over twenty years, including nine years at Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. as Compliance Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Mr. Nowack began his career at Prudential Securities, Inc. in 1994. He received his B.A. from Drew University in 1989 and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 1993
Carmen Sibilia
Deputy Chief Compliance Officer

Carmen Sibilia has worked in the financial services industry for over ten years. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Compliance Officer with National Holdings Corporation, including their broker-dealer National Securities Corporation and investment adviser National Asset Management. Prior to National Holdings Corp, Carmen worked for seven years at Petersen Investments. She is a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (Wharton/FINRA) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from New York University.
